Hi, this is Yash Bansal. I am the Managing Director at C LAL Alloys Pvt. Ltd. 

We are here in manufacturing of dry steel bars, mainly for automotive industry. Recently we changed our normal earthing to Marconite earthing and the experience so far has been really good. The transmission was really smooth.  

The team effort was excellent. We didn’t have any long breakdowns or converting method. The advantages which we face, which we have are less burnouts in PLC, very less troubles due to earthing faults. 

It’s a very underappreciated area, very undervalued area, but now we have gone through the process and we think everybody should invest in this type of earthing so that you have more productivity from your machines. 

 Major pain points which we had were majorly related to electrical faults due to earthing. It was costing us so much because if you consider a single part like PLC, it costs lakhs of rupees every time it gets burned out. 

As I told you earlier also, it’s a very underappreciated, undervalued area. We didn’t have any research on this also. We were having just normal earthings. 

Thanks to them, they approached us. We saw their ad just on Facebook and for my knowledge sake, we approached them. Because if you go to any electrical panel-making company, the first thing they require is a good earthing point.  

We were already having some problems with our panels day in, day out. So what they told us, going for a good earthing, but we never seriously went for it. So I saw their ad on Facebook and just for knowledge sake, I contacted them.  

And after getting the knowledge from them, we believed in them and we went for it. Situation now is very, I think, we don’t have any serious breakdowns as of now. Exactly, that is the point.  

We don’t know what type of breakdowns we have. There is nothing serious as of now. Thank you so much.
