Recently, we upgraded our earthing system, and the experience so far has been great.
The transition was smooth, and the InterTech team’s efforts were excellent. We haven’t faced any major breakdowns or conversion issues.
The key benefits we’ve seen include less burnout of PLCS and fewer problems due to earthing faults.
Earthing is often overlooked, but after going through this process, we feel that everyone should invest in proper earthing to improve machine productivity.
Earlier, our main issue was electrical faults caused by poor earthing, which led to high costs.
For example, a single PLC component costs lakhs of rupees when it burns out. Since earthing is an undervalued area, we never really researched it and were using a basic earthing system.
We came across their ad on Facebook and reached out just to learn more.
Electrical panel manufacturers always stress the importance of good earthing, but we hadn’t taken it seriously before. Since we were already facing regular panel issues, we finally decided to go for it.
Now, our situation has improved a lot – we haven’t had any serious breakdowns since then. That’s the main point: we no longer face unexpected failures.
